        • Led a 10-member engineering team delivering platform enhancements for an enterprise B2B file-transfer management product; drove technical execution, code quality, and delivery predictability.

        • Owned HLD/LLD for complex change requests, defining service responsibilities, API contracts, and backward-compatible behavior for production environments.
